We would like to inform you that, we have made some changes and amendments in the Alawwal Invest Mutual Funds Board (after obtaining CMA approval) as follows:
1. Cancel the Membership of Mr. Abdullah Saade-non independent member, and there will be no replacement for him.
Note that the effective date for implementing the above changes will be 60 days from the date of this message.
