Alawwal invest announces a notifiable change to Al Yusr Morabaha & Sukuk Fund, such change will become effective on (16/12/1442H.) Corresponding to (26/07/2021G.). Details of the notifiable change are:
Amending the fund category (Fixed income fund) to (Bonds and Sukuk Fund) to conform to the approved classification of the Capital Market Authority. There will be no material change with respect to the fund's policies and strategies, or the degree of risk associated with investing in the fund, nor will it change the nature or purpose of the fund.
Determining a minimum level of 0% in the investment limits for the structured investment products, which was implied and understood by the current version.
Determining a minimum level of 0% in the investment limits of the Murabaha Mutual investment funds, which was implied and understood by the current version.
