The forum activities took place on Wednesday, March 30th 2022 at Fairmont Hotel in Riyadh under patronage of H.E, Chairman of the CMA; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Financial Academy Mohammed Bin Abdullah Elkuwaiz and honoring of H.E, The Governor of SAMA, Dr. Fahad Bin Abdullah Almubarak and in attendance of financial and economic influential figures and decision-makers.
The forum brought together a group of local, regional and international financial-related partners from both public and private sectors including decision-makers in the financial sector, major financial institutions and senior executives. The forum attracted a number of influential figures and experts specialized in the development of human resources in the field of investment, banking, finance and insurance.
The forum discussed a number of important financial issues including the culture of the learning organization and its role in the development of human resources, the importance of developing capabilities of human capital in the financial sector and innovation in the development of human capital.
